Richard Samuel
Chairman

Richard Samuel is a business leader with active involvement in shaping long-range vision and strategy whilst aligning people and departments to create long-term shareholder value. Mr Samuel is currently the Chief Investment Officer of Dynamix-Energy Limited, a global multifaceted energy group that provides power generation, EV charging solutions and electric vehicles, and will list by year end.

 

Mr Samuel has also had an impressive career at leading European global financial institutions holding senior level management positions. He has led the origination and business development for the multi-billion dollar fund manager Intermediate Capital Group, traded on the London Stock Exchange, and earlier in his career spent ten years in leverage finance where he was on the Underwriting Committee for Deutsche Bank (Europe).  He also played a leading role in managing billions of dollars of investments for Alcentra Limited, an investment subsidiary of Bank of New York, Mellon. Mr. Samuel is exceptionally experienced in capital markets, fund management and high yield finance.

Mr Samuel holds several non-executive board positions which include: Simplisim Limited, Fragrant Prosperity Holdings Limited, and SGC Wine Limited; was a graduate of the University of Toronto (B. Comm) and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Craig Marshak
Vice Chairman

Craig Marshak is a veteran 20 year investment banker, having graduated Duke University in 1981, then Harvard Law School in 1985. After joining Wertheim, in the corporate finance department he moved to London in 1993 to head up the cross border and international finance efforts between Schroders Investment Bank and Wertheim.

He later moved to both Robertson Stephens, and subsequently Nomura Securities, where he ultimately headed a $300 mm investment fund focusing on merchant banking and investments into technology related companies, with an emphasis on Israel Silicon Valley.

Mr. Marshak is a principal of Israel Venture Partners, ( see Israelventurepartners.com) and is Vice chairman of Moringa Acquisition, an Israel Technology focused SPAC which raised $115 million. Mr. Marshak works closely with SHR Ventures, the family investment office of Stanley Hutton Rumbough, who is the grandson of Edward Francis Hutton, the founder of EF Hutton.
